Australian Marine Complex

The Australian Marine Complex (AMC) is a world-class centre for excellence for manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, maintenance and technology servicing the defence, marine, oil and gas, and resource industries.

Located in Western Australia, 23 kilometres south of Perth, the AMC has been developed to enhance the opportunities created by the clustering of industries and is home to the largest marine industry in Australia.

The AMC has established international credentials for the repair, maintenance and construction of naval and commercial vessels, as well as infrastructure for the fabrication and assembly of offshore oil and gas modules.

6 Waterfront Lots

Expressions of Interest have recently closed for 6 new waterfront lots within the Australian Marine Complex northern harbour. Submissions are currently being reviewed.

20 General Industrial Lots Available At Nearby Orion Industrial Park

Located immediately east of the Australian Marine Complex, on the corner of Rockingham and Russell Roads, Orion Industrial Park is Perth’s newest industrial development. Designed to transform 95ha of former limestone quarries the development will ultimately become a bustling high quality industrial area servicing the Australian Marine Complex and freight, logistics, warehousing, fabrication and engineering industries.

The first 20 lots are sized between 3,300sqm and 3.5ha.
